  • Author setup – 9 am
  • All authors checked in by 10:00 am
  • Shopping – 11 am to 5 pm
  • Packout – 5 pm to 6 pm

Indoors cost: $75 

Indoors includes:

  • 6′ table
  • Chair
  • Lunch including bottled water, ice tea, and lemonade
  • Coffee & Water during setup

Decorating your table is encouraged, but no confetti and no adhering anything to the walls.

Animals are not allowed indoors, except for service dogs.

Outdoor authors can buddy up and share a space – inquire to find out how.

Outdoors cost: $45

Outdoors includes:

  • 10 x 10 space

Outdoors – you will need to bring:

  • tent
  • table
  • table cloth

Outdoors – you can order lunch ahead of time from the same menu as the indoor authors. However, it is optional and NOT included in your pricing. Please note that there is an additional charge for lunch, if you are outdoors.

We do not have the space for table assistants indoors.

**** Please note that if you are NOT checked in by 10:00 am the following will take place:

  • Indoors – your table will be taken down and the row adjusted accordingly – the tables will be physically moved to make it less noticeable to customers that there’s a table missing.
  • Outdoors – your space will be taken by the spaces near
    • Please be prepared to be able to take over half the space next to you if it’s getting close to 10 am and there is no sign of the author showing up. We want all the spaces filled in so that customers don’t see a noticeable gap.

***Author interview videos will be conducted via Zoom three to four months ahead of time with the videos coming out the month or two before the event. This is a part of our marketing and all authors are required to do the interview.

Registration fee is to be paid in full at time of sign up and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We use PayPal credit card processing for your convenience.

Registration deadline is March 31, 2025 or when we reach 32 authors inside and 32 authors outside, whichever comes first!

FYI – There will be a car show going on outside at Bakers, which spills over into the Kensington Mill Falls Events parking lot. This is a very large car show with lots of people.
